In this project, I chose two destinations to illustrate posters for tourism. I chose two Spanish countries, Spain and Cuba. For both countries, I focused on notable characteristics of each country such as a flamenco dancer and a retro car. I worked primarly off my sketches so it has a unique style. For Spain, I wanted to exude a regal theme through my color choices of red and gold, like their flag. For Cuba, I chose to center on Havana. I used blue and gold to depict sky and beach. In both posters, I wrote in Spanish different sayings or short phrases that are specific to the country. These posters show off my unique illustrative style as well as my proficiencies in using Illustrator and Photoshop applications.
